Great Express lane service. I have a recall and the service person said it would take 3 to 4 days to do. I ask if jeep was supplying a rental for that time and he said no. He said the service department was "Backed Up" Since this is a Jeep RECALL from the Manufacture of Jeep, it seems that Jeep should provide the rental car.
