Just poor to say the least… They had my car for almost 2 weeks in total. I paid for a service, brought my car in twice for the same service and 1day later after the second time of bringing it back to the de weeks in total. ITS DOING EXACTLY WHAT I INITIALLY BRUNG IT IN FOR! So 3x in 2weeks back and forth to the dealer, customer service issues, a service manager getting involved and it’s still not really right. This is the short version of things!!! Just unreal and I’m not taking it lightly! More
Service for a/c unit took 10 days. Phone calls to my service advisor went mainly unanswered. Tracking him down was very difficult. Al was great. He notified me all the way thru the work on what was happening and when the we truck would be ready. The work was perfect and they even washed snd shined the truck. I like the people that I deal with. They are friendly and make sure the job gets done. However I won’t go back for any service related matter unless it’s free which I am entitled to for the next 3 years bein make sure the job gets done. Very disappointing overall, know the dealership very well, but the service experience was totally off. Terrible communication, incomplete work on the car. Won't go back after this last visit. I will give credit to service manager Rick Ogle for coming in help resolve and troubleshoot the issue at the end but this issue went on for 12 days... however when the car was finally returned, not clean, the access panel below the seats from work done was left unattached, cables were not properly connected, no sanitary considerations, etc. Service writer Steven mumbles and simply could not explain the process and details regarding a serious ABS / Master Brake Cylinder failure on a Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 13K miles.
