Arrived on time for my appointment. Stood outside Steve Ruth's office for 5 minutes before he addressed me. Mind you Steve was playing on his personal cell phone. No issues, so i do not understand why Steve was telling a customer whom had purchased an expensive vehicle from the dealership and purchased all the warranties, why he could not assist me. More

I brought the car because of possible problems with its transmission. You kept the car for four days but once you determine that it needed a software update, everything was OK.
