No respect for customer's time. I took my car in to comply with a manufacturer recall. The dealer received the part a day later and was never contacted. A week later I called the service dep and left a message, it is now more than three month, the was delivered at the dealer, and i am still waiting

Here is my information: Angel Luna 954 554 7530 No respect for customers' time. I took my car in to comply with a manufacturer's recall. The dealer received the part a day later and was never contacted. Thank you for your feedback, Reginald. The manufacturer is the entity that warranties the vehicle; not the dealership. If the manufacturer is unwilling to cover something specific; it is very unfortunate because as the dealer we want to do the work. If it's covered we get paid to fix it and that's how we make a living. If the manufacturer is not willing to cover it, there's simply nothing we can do about it as the dealer.
