This dealership/service center is not the closest to my home, but after checking reviews of all the dealers within reasonable distance this one won the draw! Extremely disappointed by my experience here. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago, left my car there all day and was assured multiple times it would be ready by the end of the day. I come to pick my car up a appointment 2 weeks ago, left my car there all day and was assured multiple times it would be ready by the end of the day. I come to pick my car up at the time I was instructed to return and was told by the service advisor that absolutely no work had been done to my car. On top of that the cashier was very rude and condescending to me as well. I asked for her help because Steve was busy and she cut me off and told me “you have the knowledge and skill sets to do it yourself”. More
