I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Please understand that while it may be a simple part, we don't build the parts, all we can do is order it. Ultimately if the part is unavailable there is nothing that we can do at the dealer. Please, I ask that you reconsider your review, knowing that it is not our fault that the manufacturer cannot provide the part in a timely manner. At the dealer, we will do everything we can to help.
