Our family bought a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Plugin. The sales team was great. However, now the Chrysler has a problem which makes me fear for my life when we drive it. It has a shut down message tha The sales team was great. However, now the Chrysler has a problem which makes me fear for my life when we drive it. It has a shut down message that comes on and it makes the car literally pull over. We brought it in and the service department released the van back to us. It happened again so we brought it in and they have had the car for 10 days and the technician still does not have a report. At this point, we are scared to drive it even if they can fix it. But now we cannot do anything until we get progress. It is a shame that they are so understaffed. More

Jacking up prices for oil service so much is just not OK. 240 Dollars for an oil change on rear differential!! 1.5 qt of oil is 30 Dollars, Labor max 30 min. That equals to a labor rate of 400 Dollars an hou 240 Dollars for an oil change on rear differential!! 1.5 qt of oil is 30 Dollars, Labor max 30 min. That equals to a labor rate of 400 Dollars an hour. Cabin air filter 69 Dollars. ( OEM Filter online is 15 Dollars and Labor is max 6 min.) That equals to Labor rate of 630 Dollars an hour. Last time I looked Mechanics were not paid like lawyers, CPA's or GM's.. Never again More

I took my car for warranty work on my hood on my dodge charger they didn't put my hood on correct there a space in the hood and the manager in the body shop Refuse to fix it try charging me unacceptab charger they didn't put my hood on correct there a space in the hood and the manager in the body shop Refuse to fix it try charging me unacceptable I called dodge and there in the process of fixing the problem More
