It was not easy to navigate to the service dept. road was blocked with vehicles. I had a one o’clock appointment and there were no service people in the offices in the service drop off area. Actually as I arrived one guy told me I had to wait because it was first come first serve even though I had an appointment. If not for the other guy who took us in 20 min later and still I had to wait nearly 4 hours for the car to be ready. I would not renew my lease with you guys ever again just because of your service. Miguel and Mike were great at advising me on the best services needed to prepare my son’s Jeep for mountain driving. It hit 75000 miles, as well, so the car needed so recommended maintenance.
