When I pulled up no one would make eye contact and took awhile for them to even ask how they can help. Then it was the quick service yet took them an hour before they even took my car in the bay. When they did the tech said “good for me for driving a stick” it’s a Jeep dealership. And year of 2022… girls drive stick. Just do the oil change. Then they recommend services without checking the status of the items. Just because they saw my mileage. For example I replace the air filters last week and they tried to tell me they had to be changed.. how about checking first! More

I needed assistance with my Jeep and Hollywood Chrysler Jeep came to my rescue! Ricky Ogle told me how to get Roadside Assistance to tow my car to the Dealership and he then took over the rescue. Brandon worked on figuring out what was wrong and remedied the situation. Ricky also arranged for a ride for me to the dealership by a porter named Philip Burrows who was so nice and made the ride fun. At the Dealership, Joey Burdge explained, in detail, what the problem was, and how it was fixed. Rebecca, the cashier, is another person who made my day so much better than the way it started! More
