We had a transmission failure one month after our powertrain warranty expired. Hollywood Jeep Chrysler came through, working with JeepCares to "goodwill" the full repair after I paid a deductible. powertrain warranty expired. Hollywood Jeep Chrysler came through, working with JeepCares to "goodwill" the full repair after I paid a deductible. Due to supply chain issues, it took over two months to get the new transmission. However, Hollywood Chrysler came through once again, providing a free rental for us. The Jeep now drives wonderfully and feels “like new”. Considering that I was out of warranty, the service and care provided was definitely above and beyond what I could’ve expected and I can’t thank them enough. “Goodwill” would be an understatement for the level of service I received. Will definitely buy my next jeep from this dealer and continue to only service my cars here. More
Worst experience I have ever had for service at a dealership. I will never waste five and a half hours to get my oil changed and the computer flashed. Miss Helen in the service department was very helpful and did a great job taking care of my vehicle's issue. I got my vehicle back within a week and was pleased that the parts were available to repair my pro did a great job taking care of my vehicle's issue. The cost is another story in itself, part of that can be attributed to the incompetent president that is currently in office. But this goes directly to the manufacturer- to charge a customer an astronomical price for the electronic key to start the vehicle is criminal at the very least. And there are many who know what I am talking about. That is one thing I am very angry with. More
