The service center of this dealership was pretty frustrating. While coming in for an oil change (that was pretty quick so I do give applause here), I asked for the service light to be checked as it frustrating. While coming in for an oil change (that was pretty quick so I do give applause here), I asked for the service light to be checked as it likely related to my battery as the auto stop/start wasn’t working. The rep then was on lunch when this was looked at and found nothing wrong but to come back if the light was on. Went directly to my car, light is on and I go back to him asking for it to be looked at again. I was directed to ‘the other side’ where they said I’d have to leave my car for at least 3 days before they could even look at it. I already know what the problem is and how to fix it, yet they were unwilling to help unless I go car-less for minimum three days. Which this is something that could take under 3 hours to resolve. If we’re talking about the dealership itself, my sales guy was good- Sergio. But Alan in finance didn’t provide the correct information to me when upselling me the extended warranties so now I’ve been fighting for refunds where the contracts provided by the dealership say there’s a 30 day refund window. Not only that, sold me LoJack which I asked if it was just an app and he said yes but later when I receive the link to set it up it says I have to bring it back to the dealership. So they didn’t provide the service I contracted them for and they’re trying to fight me on a refund for that too. You think I’m ever going to trust your service department, or this dealership, again after that day? No way. More
I spoke with cashier how very pleased with my experience with my car servicing that day. From inception to the handing over my keys everything was perfect. I was especially pleased and surprised when the mechanic who serviced my car came to the waiting room to say let me know my car was ready but also to talk about what was checked and the outcome. This never happened in all my years of coming to this same service center. I'm not only very impressed but also thankful that management kept their promise when I was told that changes would be made.
