Took Jeep in for a recall $450 later Quoted 200$ to turn off a light Oil sensor ?? Still says I need oil change and not due for 2500 more miles ??? I left a review online. But They also did not vacuum my car when I asked them if that service was offered but they told me they did vacuum. Service was poor. My car was towed around 5pm. It was closing time. I was told to return the next day. Upon arrival 7am, I produced my tire protection and was told it My car was towed around 5pm. I called to find out what time to pick up , only to be told , not because no tire in stock. Day #2 , I was told I will get a call when ready. I took an Uber to pick up my car after work, again told not ready, and offered a Courtesy ride. While waiting for Courtesy ride, I saw my car, I guess being test drive. I immediately when back inside, and spoke to a service advisor letting him know my car just pulled up. After waiting for paperwork from garage, I had to pay $189 before release of my car. Even after I presented my Tire protection plan. More
