Salesman and the manager are unethical and constantly lying. Went back three times on an agreed upon price. 3 times. After re-iterating the deal, confirming it via text, over and over again. After purchasing over 30+ vehicles in my life, this purchase was the worst experience I've ever had. Way too long to complete the transaction. 5minutes turned into 40 minutes then 15 minutes turn into purchase was the worst experience I've ever had. Way too long to complete the transaction. 5minutes turned into 40 minutes then 15 minutes turn into an hour and 10 minutes. After telling them I was leaving because it was taking too long, they rushed us in to start the process to keep us from leaving only to switch the financer cause the first one had to leave. The second financier (Yadi) was exceptional and gracious and very personable with the completion of the paperwork. Should have had her in the first place. Another issue was the blaring music to loud to hear the communications clearly from your sales personnel. (Turn it down) so you can here and think during discussions. More
