I had an excellent experience buying my 2020 Honda Odyssey at Hollywood Kia. I want to especially thank my salesperson, Patricia Alvarado, for her professionalism, patience, and transparency throughout the entire process. She promised from the start that they would honor the price without surprise fees, and they kept their word. Furthermore, when I noticed an issue with the A/C the day after the purchase, Patricia immediately helped me get the car into the service department to get it fixed at absolutely no cost to me. I highly recommend asking for Patricia if you want an honest, no-pressure car buying experience. More

Patricia “Patty” Alvarado was excellent. She greeted me and my wife the moment we got out our vehicle on the Hollywood Kia lot. Although she probably feels like she does not speak perfect En She greeted me and my wife the moment we got out our vehicle on the Hollywood Kia lot. Although she probably feels like she does not speak perfect English, she did her best and went to others who spoke English to make sure we understood her message. The experience was 5/5 I was thoroughly impressed to get the vehicle the same day at the price range I requested. The manager came over to help assist Patricia get me the monthly payment o desired and my wife and I was ecstatic. The kids are also thrilled with the decision we made. I was told to come by this Saturday to fill out a survey for Patricia to receive a full tank of gas. Jesus, the finance rep also guaranteed a tank a gas if I filled out the survey regarding the insurance rep who helped me add the new car to my already existing insurance, and himself. Thanks for reaching out, and I’m glad to be a part of the Hollywood Kia family More
