We went there on advice of Kia finance to buy out our leased car. This should have been an easy procedure as we already had the buyout price and paid cash.. The person we worked with came back with an additional $4000 in fees, which are not allowed according to Florida law like dealer fee, additional warranty options, altogether about 10 different types of fees which will were all not only unnecessary, but against Florida law. He was told by his manager to present us that offer. Only when I showed him on the Internet that what he was doing was Illegal, we finally got the correct number. It then took another two hours to be processed by the finance department. A simple buyout cost us 4+ hours. They were aware that my husband has Parkinson and was not supposed to be sitting there for hours. The dealership changed owners since we leased the car last year. I would not recommend them to anyone. The problem was not our sales person Flo, but management. He tried to do the right thing. He is not listed on the names you offered on the next page. More
