To resolve this issue all you will need to do is uphold the warranty I bought. By law in Florida every mechanic has to give a written response as to what is wrong with the vehicle. I have contacted you directly several times regarding this exact issue. I have spoken to both managers of the service department as well as the representative that sold me the car and warranty. I left several voicemails to the corporate offices of Hollywood Kia as well as emailed the company directly. You are welcome to contact me and I’m open to resolving this matter. Do the right thing.
