Went in for complementary Oil change Service. Made an appointment a week before( not a walk in) , unfortunately the service advisor that always helps me was not available. I had to wait 3 hours for service , after 2 hours and a half I asked the receptionist what was taking so long . He checked and just stated my car was being worked on. The service advisor that took my car never had the courtesy to come to me to inform me of any delays. The receptionist show me my paperwork and asked if this was my car. She my car was brought out the service needed light was still coming on. The day after I checked my car and noticed that none of the fluids that are usually “topped off “ were not done. Now I have to go back to the dealer for this to be addressed. Very dissatisfied. More
This dealer refused to help with a service recall on my Canadian vehicle. This refusal is against their corporate mandate and put my life in danger. The rep was very polite. He disengaged the key fog from my key ring when I was not present and this ended in my keys coming a part after I left the dealership. I lost my home He disengaged the key fog from my key ring when I was not present and this ended in my keys coming a part after I left the dealership. I lost my home key. In addition, he returned my key fog in one piece, but when I left the dealership and walked around the black part of the fog fell off and the key remained. I have never lost a key fog in my years of having a start button car. When I called to resolve he seemed to not care. Again, I have the key but somehow in his care the key was no longer secured More

Everything was very slow! Nice dealership very clean and welcoming. Salesman wasn't to pushy. Jimenez worked within our budget and got us the car we wanted. It was a nice and easy fast process until we got to finance.
