Not a fan responded

Your service director turned away service a recall on my car that quite literally put my life in danger. The service recall stated that my car could turn off at any point even on the highway while travelling at high speeds. The recall notice and Kia Canada confirmed any dealer in the us or Canada could fix my car but your service director simply said “there’s nothing we can do.” Meanwhile, another Florida dealer was able to service and adjust my car, fixing the recall issues in just 90 minutes. There’s nothing you guys can do to fix this issue besides firing your service director who clearly promotes a culture of money over customer service. I will absolutely not be coming back and will recommend to any other Kia owners I know that they avoid your dealer and use other ones that provide customer service that’s worth returning for.

I purchased a vehicle on a Thursday and they same night as soon a I got in the vehicle I notice the driver side mirror was not working and the car needed an alignment. I brought it back Friday morning which turned out to be an ordeal. I had to call out from my first employment because I was there from 9:30am until 2:45pm and the only thing that was “done” which was incorrect, I noticed the car was still pulling from on side and because I already lost faith and trust in the dealer I parked and popped the hood and found a large grease leak from under the engine which turned out to be from a broken axle boot… I took a picture and a video and sent it over to the sales person. Again I went to Hollywood Kia because I thought it was a reputable dealer and because the car was “CERTIFIED” with the certified sticker on the windshield. The sales person told me to bring it in on Monday however I was home with a semi new vehicle which I could not drive or dared to drive, it was eating me inside so I showed up to the dealer Saturday and spoke to the Sales manager Jose and expressed my concern and advise why this was wrong and that I shouldn’t be at the dealer after I literally just purchased a “certified” vehicle. He said to come in Monday morning and that he would set up a rental car for me while the vehicle is being “worked on”. I received a call from Fernando in service two days later advising that the vehicle was ready, I went over to pick it up and guess what? The vehicle was not ready, the alignment was done and the axle was replaced however the mirror was not functioning. I am glad I didn’t leave, I advise Fernando and he drive the vehicle back inside. After checking with services on why it wasn’t functioning, they told him that the part that was missing was “back ordered” and that they have me on a waitlist for this part that is “back ordered”. Fernando advised me to call him to follow up, I called Tuesday the week after to follow up and again the part was still “back ordered”. I am so stressed out and let down from this whole process. I am a loyal Rick case customer but decided to try something else and I received great customer service from Cauy and Fernando, but this should not be happening to any customer less then 24 hours of purchasing a vehicle! I purchased this vehicle because it was certified which means everything was checked off and ready for sale but it wasn’t. Also the front collision lights started to come on and turn off for no apparent reason, it’s not a big deal but again ti should not be happening. Now when I go back for the mirror issue if it ever shows up I will advise them of this. I’m holding myself back from reaching out to the owner Jonathan Levy however if nothing gets done and I keep getting the running around and them telling me that “they’re trying” to hitch is starting to sound like an excuse I will reach out to me levy via email and linked in and also the better business bureau.. I’m not to the type of customer to complain about anything and I come from the customer service field but this is truly unacceptable especially when you’re paying a large car note.
