“Mike” was helpful with anti-theft recall but knew nothing about the class action suite. I brought my papers in for him to make a copy. As it turned out, I learned my car was up-dated a couple of yea nothing about the class action suite. I brought my papers in for him to make a copy. As it turned out, I learned my car was up-dated a couple of years ago and there is presently no problem with my car. Getting that info from Kia customer took 3 phone calls and two trips to he dealer. Somewhere communication between dealer- Management and customer got unclear. Hopefully the CAR is just fine. More

Where can I start I called to make an appointment and the first available day was in 20 days after I called in. I’ve been with a problem with the rear back tire and even though I’m paying for an extended war first available day was in 20 days after I called in. I’ve been with a problem with the rear back tire and even though I’m paying for an extended warranty they want to charge me for the labor hour. I’m supposed to have all the services and maintenance covered for the next 3 years and even though, they said I will have to pay 200 and something dollars for the services which I don’t really understand why I have to pay for something is supposed to be covered More
