This is my second time getting my oil change and they don’t wash my car. I asked this time twice if my car will get washed the guy told me yes, they are doing that now then they will pull it around. My c don’t wash my car. I asked this time twice if my car will get washed the guy told me yes, they are doing that now then they will pull it around. My car was dry, then I see another car getting pulled around dripping wet. I asked and the guy said they should have washed it let me go get it washed. 2 other cars got pulled around dripping wet!! Just because my car “looks” clean doesn’t mean don’t wash it. Wash it regardless if it’s included with the oil change!! More

I made an appointment for a recall. I went in for the recall. I waited a half hour in the waiting room just to have the service rep come out and tell me they did not have the part.
