Too long of a wait time and service can be better while you wait. I had an appt somewhere else and it took them almost 3 hours completely unnecessary for an oil change that’s done in less than 45 min you wait. Sales person Justin Cooley apparently lied to us regarding operation of rear gate on SUV. Told us it worked with key fob. It did not. We only found out about it when Justin was switching the license regarding operation of rear gate on SUV. Told us it worked with key fob. It did not. We only found out about it when Justin was switching the license plates off of our trade in after spending 5 hours at your location and consummating's the deal. If we had not been there so long and completed the deal I would have redone the contract which Justin refused in speaking for the dealership. I then asked for several free oil changes as compensation which he thought could be done. He has not called or returned text message. Insurance man (name unknown) made me call State Farm after they told me that I had 14 days post completing deal to register my cash sale car with them. During the call on my phone the insurance guy got up and left me there by myself for 10-15 minutes with State Farm on the phone and my not knowing what was necessary. Finally, the salesman got involved and sat us down with someone else to finish the paper work. Going forward I find it very difficult to recommend and deal with a car dealership that operates in such an under handed manner. More
