Service was fairly timely. I’ve been to this location on a couple of different occasions. It’s never a hard time getting in and out. I’ve been to this location on a couple of different occasions. It’s never a hard time getting in and out. More
Sales person Justin Cooley apparently lied to us regarding operation of rear gate on SUV. Told us it worked with key fob. It did not. We only found out about it when Justin was switching the license regarding operation of rear gate on SUV. Told us it worked with key fob. It did not. We only found out about it when Justin was switching the license plates off of our trade in after spending 5 hours at your location and consummating's the deal. If we had not been there so long and completed the deal I would have redone the contract which Justin refused in speaking for the dealership. I then asked for several free oil changes as compensation which he thought could be done. He has not called or returned text message. Insurance man (name unknown) made me call State Farm after they told me that I had 14 days post completing deal to register my cash sale car with them. During the call on my phone the insurance guy got up and left me there by myself for 10-15 minutes with State Farm on the phone and my not knowing what was necessary. Finally, the salesman got involved and sat us down with someone else to finish the paper work. Going forward I find it very difficult to recommend and deal with a car dealership that operates in such an under handed manner. More

"I had a fantastic experience at Hollywood Kia, thanks to Chalie. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my needs. Chalie made sure I got the car I wanted while staying within my budget. Additionally, Angelo, the financing person, played an equally important role in making my dreams come true by helping me secure the financing for my first new car. Highly recommend working with both of them if you're looking for a great deal and exceptional service!" More
I recently purchased a K4 from Hollywood KIA, and it was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased eight cars! Ryan, the general manager, made sure my car was the number one priority, which I greatly appreciated. Ray, the finance manager, structured an amazing deal that kept me within my budget. Went on 3/1 to look at some CPO vehicles. Devin was very helpful. Testdrove one and started the negotiations. Did the dance and got the floor manager involved and we all settled on a price. A Devin was very helpful. Testdrove one and started the negotiations. Did the dance and got the floor manager involved and we all settled on a price. After that, service just kind of kept declining. The finance person, Juan, wasn't very personable. Almost robotic. When paying, initially my debit card was declined due to high amount. Had phone out checking email to approve. While we were waiting, we went to try my debit card again and Juan pushed the card reader closer and it got too close and picked up the tap to pay on my phone! He said there was no way to stop it. Doing a CC purchase caused an additional almost $600 surcharge to be added!!! He didn't offer any suggestions on how to rectify the error that was caused NOT by me. I have been battling between Google Pay and AMEX to dispute the surcharge but they said that the dealership said I authorized the charges, which is a blatant lie. The charge was done with supposedly no way to reverse it. Tried to contact a few times but am always placed on hold or leave messages that don't get returned. Not only did I get screwed out of almost $600 , but also only received one FOB/Key... Kept asking about getting another and received the run around. Finally someone said they would provide me with a number for an outside company to make me another and they would ask to discount the charge to me.... Never heard back. Another also... The vehicle wasn't fully detailed yet. Upon purchase, had to go back to have some more work done, which took almost 4hrs..AND, the scuffs that I was told would buff out, did not. So, I'm out $600 plus another $300-$400 to have another key made and splotches all over the hood/exterior. I will not be doing business here again. More
I have given much thought to whether I should provide feedback on my recent experience at your Hollywood branch. After reflecting on it for several days, I’ve decided to share my concerns. On March 18 feedback on my recent experience at your Hollywood branch. After reflecting on it for several days, I’ve decided to share my concerns. On March 18, 2025, I visited your Hollywood location due to issues with my brakes. I had been experiencing delays when braking, and at times, it felt as if the brakes were “swollen” or fading. Upon arrival, I was assigned an advisor. However, I did not feel that my concerns were properly acknowledged. His immediate response was simply, “I know what the issue is—you need brakes.” During the visit, I was informed that an error had been made during my last visit in November—someone had incorrectly entered my mileage, which resulted in my warranty no longer being valid. While I appreciated that my advisor offered to submit a request to correct the error, this mistake was concerning. However, I chose to overlook it, as errors do happen. I was charged over $1,000 for brakes alone, in addition to being advised that I needed a brake fluid flush. Due to the previous mileage error, I requested that the flush be covered as a courtesy. My advisor informed me that while they could not provide the service for free, they could offer a discount, which I accepted. However, what I did not appreciate was the advisor’s remark: “I wish I could help you out because you’re a single mother.” This statement was both presumptuous and offensive. I asked what led him to assume I was a single mother. Was it because I am Black? If so, I would like to clarify that not all Black women are single mothers, and even if I were, that does not automatically imply financial hardship. Comments like this are inappropriate and should not be made to customers. On March 20, I returned to the branch because my car was driving worse than when I had brought it in. The braking issue persisted—delayed response, fading sensation, and, in addition, the car was now vibrating. My advisor test-drove the vehicle and initially stated that it felt fine but would have someone inspect it. Shortly after, he returned and said they had found an issue—possibly air in the brake lines—and that it would be corrected. I later sent the advisor a video showing the steering wheel vibrating. His response was, “You know you have lane-keep assist on. If you turn it off, it wouldn’t vibrate like that.” However, I have used lane-keep assist for over two years, switching it on and off, and my steering wheel has never vibrated like this before. I am extremely disappointed with this experience—not only due to the poor service quality but also the lack of professionalism and the assumptions made about me. More
I walked into Hollywood Kia just browsing, but thanks to Danilo’s exceptional service, I drove out in my first ever car with confidence, excitement, and not a single regret. From start to finish, the entire Danilo’s exceptional service, I drove out in my first ever car with confidence, excitement, and not a single regret. From start to finish, the entire team, from management to finance, treated me like family, making the whole process smooth, transparent, and stress free. Being a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Danilo went above and beyond to walk me through every step, explaining everything clearly and in detail. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed, and that meant everything. Danilo is truly an asset to this dealership. Because of him, I chose my brand new K4 over a Camry, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. His patience, kindness, and dedication made all the difference. I can’t thank him enough for making this such an incredible experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases! Thank you, Hollywood Kia, and a special shoutout to Danilo for treating us with such genuine care! More
