It took a full 3 days to diagnose the car, after asking multiple times. After taking the car I found out that they misdiagnosed the car. It was a loose connection and that is why the car wasn't starting. K multiple times. After taking the car I found out that they misdiagnosed the car. It was a loose connection and that is why the car wasn't starting. Kia of Hollywood wanted to charge me over $2,000 to replace 2 items which dis not need replacements. Kia charged me over $300 just to diagnose the problem. It was fixed in 15 minutes for $100 by another mechanic. I have video if you would like me to send it. Thank you, Iris More
I had an appointment. Upon arrival I was attended quickly by an attendant. I went inside and met Jason, who went over the recommended service and prices. And to top it off there's 3% credit card surcharge. Really?! More
