I regret giving Hollywood Kia a try after having a favorable experience with 2 vehicles at Rick Case Sunrise. When signing up for the lease, my information was incorrectly captured which resulted i favorable experience with 2 vehicles at Rick Case Sunrise. When signing up for the lease, my information was incorrectly captured which resulted in my address being wrong and also my email being invalid. This resulted in a major issue with Kia Finance not being able to get hold of me because of the incorrect info in the system. Then, at the last service, I handed in the car with at least 1/3 of a tank of gas. The vehicle was returned to me on the end of the reserve (16 ml range) and luckily I was able to get to a gas station. But the thing that really grates me is that I called and left at least 3 messages for the service manager to call me back. Still waiting. I wanted to know about the gas and why 7 miles had been added to the vehicle? Seems a bit much for a test drive! Between the sloppiness and managers that could not care less, I am counting the days for this lease to be over. More
Sales person Justin Cooley apparently lied to us regarding operation of rear gate on SUV. Told us it worked with key fob. It did not. We only found out about when Justin was switching the license pl regarding operation of rear gate on SUV. Told us it worked with key fob. It did not. We only found out about when Justin was switching the license plates off of our trade in it after spending 5 hours at your location and consummating's the deal. If we had not been there so long and consumed the deal I wanted to redo the contract which he refused in speaking for the dealership. I then asked for several free oil changes as compensation which he thought could be done. He has not called or returned text message. Insurance man (name unknown) made me call State Farm after they told me that I had 14 days post consuming deal to register my cash sale car with them. During the call on my phone the insurance guy got u and left me there by myself for 10-15 minutes with State Farm on the phone and my not knowing what was necessary. Finally, the salesman got involved and sat us down with someone else to finish the paper work. Going forward I find it very difficult to recommend and deal with a car dealership that operates in such an under handed manner. More

Customer service needs improvement. I can never get a hold of whomever is my service advisor (or a manager) when I go and others can’t answer my questions.
