The offer we got over the phone was not just to get us in the door — It was the ACTUAL price they had said. They were honest with the deal. At the dealership, Jessica and Emily greeted us and referred us to Sean Emmanuel, our salesperson. He not only continued the great hospitality but managed to lower the price of one of the cars. He then set us up with the insurance representative, so we left the dealership fully insured and with one less worry. He calmly set us up and explained the features of both cars. He made every effort to ensure I was happy with the price I was getting for the Kia Niro. He even walked me through all the cool tech that comes with it! Alec got me a great insurance price and some laughs, and Rodrigo in Finance was helpful, kind and honest. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!!
