This has to be the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I found a 2020 Kia Sportage listed as 17,000 with 14,500 miles. I scheduled my appointment and was told the car was ready for me to test. A ever had. I found a 2020 Kia Sportage listed as 17,000 with 14,500 miles. I scheduled my appointment and was told the car was ready for me to test. Arrived on time and was told the suv was not ready for sale. I was shown two embarrassing options and decided against. Was asked what would make me happy. "let me see the car I came for". They found it and was dirty but good condition. They lost the KEYS... I'm in a bind and started the paperwork with the understanding that the sale was contingent on my test drive. Car real price was over $20,000 and the miles were 30,000 more than advertised. I called it out as a bait and switch scam. Was told on Friday they would get it going and I would have it Monday. It's now Monday and I'm in the back of an Uber and no car. Maybe Tuesday??? After this is over I wouldn't even buy floor mats from this dealership. More
