I would never return to this service center! Horrible customer service and wait times are astronomical. all 3 times it’s been horrible with each time worse than the last. They held my car for 3 Horrible customer service and wait times are astronomical. all 3 times it’s been horrible with each time worse than the last. They held my car for 3 hours over without calling me, I had to show up to ask for my car. I’m canceling my maintenance plan just to ensure I never come back to Hollywood KIA. More
