Hollywood Kia sat on the paperwork for 2 weeks. In the meantime I paid a payment on a car I traded in and now have to deal with an overpayment. I should have used CarMax. I don’t suggest trading your car into Kia unless you want to spend weeks calling and following up. More
The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the service is good. However, I feel that they push alot of services that aren't really necessary just to make a sale. Carlton was very good, not pushy, gave me the time and space to think about the purchase. Now, the financing department tried to push me to buy warranties, and worst than that, they add a warranty to my c space to think about the purchase. Now, the financing department tried to push me to buy warranties, and worst than that, they add a warranty to my contract AFTER I signed the agreement. That was sneaky. They then took it out and gave more money under a loyalty program that they didn’t give me before. Very sneaky. They try to keep your eye on the monthly payment. Don’t do that mistake. Keep your eye on the agreed price of the vehicle. More
