I brought my Sedona in for a low beam headlight replacement. Who would have thought that replacing a headlight was a big deal. Before I came to Hollywood Kia, I checked some indapendent reapir shop replacement. Who would have thought that replacing a headlight was a big deal. Before I came to Hollywood Kia, I checked some indapendent reapir shops, who really weren't familiar with the process and misquoted me very high prices. ($200-300). I did not trust that they knew what they were doing so I decided to get it done at a factory authorized dealership. So that' what I did. The service took longer than I expected, but I was impressed that the technician made a video showing me some othe issues that needed attention. I appreciated that. The service writer was friendly, polite and attentive. They did the repair for slightly over $100, so I was very happy with that. Hollywood Kia is a very well-run and professional operation and I plan to use them again. More

I gave a lower score due to the fact the finance guy was giving me a hard time about going thru my work credit union. He kept making comments about me being loyal to my company which that had nothing to do giving me a hard time about going thru my work credit union. He kept making comments about me being loyal to my company which that had nothing to do with me buying a car. Maybe he works on commission from the banking part so he was upset I did not go thru him. The sales person was ok. She did not have the keys to the first car had to take another one instead. And when I pointed out the price error that was not what I agreed on and mentioned I was going thru my own bank she then seemed to rush things. I know times are tough and they make their money off the sale. I need to do what is best for me and my finances I was ready to leave but she changed the pricing. Disappointed in the experience only went there since Gunther Kia did not have the car I wanted. I did explain that I have worked with Kia before and was happy in the past with them. It was just OK on the experience. I like the cat in the showroom. More
