My second time at this service center. Total disappointment. As I arrived on time for my appointment, I was left waiting for over 25 minutes in front of desk #5. The employee had a client at the beginning but when he became available kept avoiding eye contact and didn't acknowledge my presence. Walking away from the desk several times with no sense of urgency. When finally accepted my vehicle, the service representative told me service would take 2 to 3 hours. Over 4 hours later I got my car back without an explanation why it took so long. More
One of the workers in the front , I believe was Kevin Fernandez was rude and act like he didn’t care at all about anything I had to say And I wasn’t even being rude in the first place .
