Went to drop off my car was in line for over 15min when finally my turn was asked my first name and told I could go and they would call when car was ready. Not even an hour later I got an email stating I m finally my turn was asked my first name and told I could go and they would call when car was ready. Not even an hour later I got an email stating I missed my apt when I tried calling only got a robot about 3 times finally got a person was told they couldn't confirm if my car was at the dealership and that I would get a call back. No one ever called my rep texted me and I asked if my car was there then he stated it was. That was very troubling for me. I dropped off car at 8 am and at 5pm I go to pick it up and my keys where with the rep but my car no where to be found had to wait 30min for my car to be found someone left it in the car wash and gave my keys to the rep. Car was then brought over and I had to walk to the side of the road to try to just leave they didn't even drive it up to me. Really disappointed with my service More
