I had my car towed there and I was assigned to a service person named Omar. He said the problem was the ignition coils. No mention of an oil leak that I know exists. I had to ask about that and no good answ person named Omar. He said the problem was the ignition coils. No mention of an oil leak that I know exists. I had to ask about that and no good answer was given and when I went to see him when I was in the area the next day at 2:15.pm I was told he was out to lunch. I waited until 2:45 pm and left; never saw him, yet 6 out of the 7 agents were present at their desks; only Omar was missing .I I spoke to another advisor who explained the oil leak to me when I asked. . Omar never did. I received a call that the car was ready for pick up and went the the next day around the same time between 2:00 pm and 3:00 PM.and again Omar was not there -no explanation. Same scenario- All the other service agents were there except him. I checked out with the service agent whose desk was next to his. I told him he should get his commission - he did his work. The oil leak was not addressed by Omar at all. Got the car back working but still with a problem. I am disappointed and don’t consider this service center to be thorough.. More
