I'm not one to complain usually but the three guys at the front were not very welcoming or helpful. I walked in not knowing who to check in with and they nearly pointed at the receptionist without saying a w front were not very welcoming or helpful. The actual person handling my service was pleasant, don't remember his name unfortunately. After two hours I got up to check on the status and asked one of those red shirted guys by the door. He said "who did you check your car in with and I said one of the service techs. His response was "Then he's the guy you need to ask". Zero effort to help me at all. More

Took more than 3 hours for simple service and minor recall check. Took 45 minutes from my appointment time for service to take the car.
