carlos told me 3 different things that was wrong with my car before actually listening to what I was trying to tell him. I’ve been having the same on going issue with my car since I first brought it. I was car before actually listening to what I was trying to tell him. I’ve been having the same on going issue with my car since I first brought it. I was just telling him to look in the notes from last visit and he just spoke over me over & over. He hung up in my face at one point. All he did was talk over me instead of listening. Poor service. Seems like they were just trying to get me to fix things that was not even the issue with the vehicle. I learned my lesson and I’ll visit another Kia when needed. More
