Typical car dealership. As all car dealerships they have the advantage of the pandemic, guest need cars and they are making money, a lot of money. The service department has just the greeter that seems to like to be there. The rest are not in interested in being there. No one has a welcoming demeanor at all. I was lucky, I was the first in line and was in and out in forty minutes. I chose the dealership out of convenience. And the need for a car. I’m extremely happy with the car. More

It used to be the best dealer service, until Randy Rosario departure. I waited a month, instead of a week, for my next maintenance appointment. I didn’t receive the usual text message/ email appoint Rosario departure. I waited a month, instead of a week, for my next maintenance appointment. I didn’t receive the usual text message/ email appointment reminders. However, later service provided, on Tue 7/26/22, it was performed within the promised time and seems to be ok. I love my KIA. Proof of this is, that I keep leasing from Hollywood KIA 😃 More
Very poor service, my advisor from Kia America reached out the dear on multiple occasions and can never get through to the advisor Kevin or the director. I was out of a car for Three months, during those out the dear on multiple occasions and can never get through to the advisor Kevin or the director. I was out of a car for Three months, during those three months, Kia America reach out to try to get me a loaner car and couldn’t reach no one for a update on the case. Kia America went ahead a rented me a rental which was paid for a month, the day I picked up the rental, Kia Hollywood called me the same day and told me my car was ready. Which mean, the repair on my car had been started and I wasn’t place in a loaner car. I will never deal with Kia Hollywood again. Also because my car was sitting for so long, now I need new tires so I still can’t drive my car. More
