I was just telling him to look in the notes from last visit and he just spoke over me over & over. He hung up in my face at one point. All he did was talk over me instead of listening. Poor service. Seems like they were just trying to get me to fix things that was not even the issue with the vehicle. I learned my lesson and I’ll visit another Kia when needed. More

I have been a customer for almost 10 years. The service has changed significantly. I hope it was the person that helped me and not all employees quiet quitting. I went for oil change and to che The service has changed significantly. I hope it was the person that helped me and not all employees quiet quitting. I went for oil change and to check software that they haven’t figured out yet (this would be my third time doing so) the person that helped me screamed my name to ask what I needed. Told him so and proceed to tell me I can do oil change and alignment but for software I need come again. After service was done he almost throw the key at me. At least this time he didn’t yell. Services before this one were excellent and the guy would explain and recommend things to me in a respectful manner. Unfortunately not this time. More
