Every time I go there I have a horrible experience. Nobody like to do their job. And I was actually told that I don't have to go there by one of the service ppl told me I should go somewhere else More

Poor communication- lack of it, really. They also recommended several unnecessary services that cost hundreds of extra dollars. I had the complete opposite experience at another Kia dealership 2 days More
