Hollywood Kia - Service Center

Always a problem I have yet to have a good experience with the service department. 3 hours for an oil change & no cleaning, next visit even worse, came in for another I have yet to have a good experience with the service department. 3 hours for an oil change & no cleaning, next visit even worse, came in for another oil change/rotation. Wound up with a rental for 3 days due to some equipment failure. Lack of communication, and many wasted hours. I dread my next visit. More
