I didn’t appreciate that with only 20k miles the associate told me I “needed a fuel injector cleaning”, after I told him I had zero issues with the car and wanted regular maintenance. This was clearly a money grab for $130 of unnecessary service. He misled me thinking this would impact my warranty. I was even more upset when I saw the final paperwork said I requested the service. After this experience I’ll be looking for another dealership to manage my car maintenance and service. More

Horrible experience absolutely the worst I have ever experienced at a dealership there it seems no one is in charge they all just seem to do there own thing without communicating with one another I mean experienced at a dealership there it seems no one is in charge they all just seem to do there own thing without communicating with one another I mean very unorganized to say the least I went there with a sensor issue that was a minor fix an since t was late when I bought the car I was told to bring it in and it would be serviced of any and all issues for the inconvenience but when I bring the jeep in was redirected a few times until someone said oh we don't work on jeeps here now mind u I bought the jeep here so I was confused so I was directed to Christopher Watson who was extremely rude and arrogant and persisted that I pay for the service in which was a courtesy for my inconvenience and preceeded to argue with me until he hung up and when I tried to get a service manager involved I was told numerous times no service manager is available to leave my name a number and they would get back to me an yet here it is more than a week later an no one has contacted me other than this review I will no longer be doing any business with this dealership nor will I recommend to any one else but I will continue to make reviews about this to the better business bureau and any other platform so no one else can experience this same nightmare More
