The last visit I had was for an oil change and a tire rotation. My appointment was for 10:30 AM… I arrived on time and my car was given back to me around 2pm! Chris was the consummate service professional from beginning to end. As a former assistant service manager and service advisor trainer, I genuinely enjoyed my experience with him. He was friendly and beginning to end. As a former assistant service manager and service advisor trainer, I genuinely enjoyed my experience with him. He was friendly and welcoming when he greeted me, took time to understand my reason for being there as he wrote the repair order, kept me advised throughout the process, and made sure to review what the technician did prior to Me receiving my invoice. I appreciated his thoroughness, and will definitely request him the next time I come in to the. dealership Service Department.. More

I regret giving Hollywood Kia a try after having a favorable experience with 2 vehicles at Rick Case Sunrise. When signing up for the lease, my information was incorrectly captured which resulted i favorable experience with 2 vehicles at Rick Case Sunrise. When signing up for the lease, my information was incorrectly captured which resulted in my address being wrong and also my email being invalid. This resulted in a major issue with Kia Finance not being able to get hold of me because of the incorrect info in the system. Then, at the last service, I handed in the car with at least 1/3 of a tank of gas. The vehicle was returned to me on the end of the reserve (16 ml range) and luckily I was able to get to a gas station. But the thing that really grates me is that I called and left at least 3 messages for the service manager to call me back. Still waiting. I wanted to know about the gas and why 7 miles had been added to the vehicle? Seems a bit much for a test drive! Between the sloppiness and managers that could not care less, I am counting the days for this lease to be over. More
