I put my car into service. It was supposed to take two days. My service advisor that went on vacation and nobody in the department started my vehicle and it took almost 2 weeks It was supposed to take two days. Made slick comment when I first came and said did they promise you your first oil change. I told him this wasn't my first oil change. They didn't have the oil filter for my car, despite me making the appt promise you your first oil change. I told him this wasn't my first oil change. When I finally went back, they told me my front tires were balded and rotted. They didn't have the tires for my car either after quoting me 2 different prices for it. I went somewhere else to get new tires and it was the back tires that was balded, not the front. Unprofessional and gave out false info. More

Improved over the previous time I was there, but still has a ways to go. Was there for regular maintenance, which was done adequately although it took longer than I was told that it would. When I ultimately looked at the receipt, it said that I complained about the car shaking when I applied the brakes, which I certainly did not! A defective part was replaced under warranty as requested. A follow up call to my service rep about a month later found him to be non-communicative and almost seemingly annoyed and that I was bothering him, was like pulling teeth to get any info that I needed. Not at all friendly or communicative nor did it create trust in taking my car there again, although I probably would if the need arose. More
