After endless delays and zero clear communication, I finally asked them to tow the car back to my home. It’s now been over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been absolutely no response, no updates, and no action. This level of negligence, disrespect, and lack of professionalism is completely inexcusable, especially when dealing with something as serious as a safety recall. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid trusting this dealership with your vehicle or your time.” More
