First of all, Brandon Forrest is great! He helped me last time I was in for service. I had service this past Sat. Sept. 2. The appt. they gave me was 7:30am. I received a phone call the ev He helped me last time I was in for service. I had service this past Sat. Sept. 2. The appt. they gave me was 7:30am. I received a phone call the evening before to confirm 7:30am on Sat. I arrived at 715am Sat. and was 2nd in line, only to find out that the 1st appt. on Sat. is at 8am. I could not even get on the lot because there were cars blocking the entry. Finally, at 745am a man came and moved the cars so we could get in line. When the service writers got there at 8am, they started taking people that arrived AFTER I did. That is not acceptable!! Brandon saw that happening and assured me that I was 2nd in line. There is no organization of time there. No one was checking to see who was in line 1st. This dealership is the closest to me, otherwise I would go elsewhere. (Brandon is the BEST!)
