I brought my car in for a routine mileage service. They recommended changing the brake pads, even though we hadn’t noticed any issue, but we trusted their suggestion and agreed. When we finally got the car back, the brakes were making a loud and strange noise because the pads had been installed incorrectly. On top of that, the side sensors were not working. We brought the car back a second time so they could fix both issues, but neither problem was resolved. We called to complain, and they promised to get back to us with a new appointment, but after 3 days, no one has contacted us. The sides sensors are still not working, and the brakes continue to make a loud noise when stopping unexpected. Extremely careless, unprofessional, and disappointing service. More
1) I went for an oil change at 8:30 am, that I was told would cost $89. It took over 2 hours & I was billed for $127, until I let the serviceman know, so he reduced it. 2) The prices are ridiculo would cost $89. It took over 2 hours & I was billed for $127, until I let the serviceman know, so he reduced it. 2) The prices are ridiculous, like $99 for windshield wipers that I bought at Costco for about $14. 3) The mechanic, who I couldn’t understand on his short movie, didn’t bother to properly replace the covers for both the engine & cabin filters, which as I remember were about $130+, I did it myself for $28. That’s when I saw that he left both unsecured. 4) I once again went to request help to retrieve the extra $999 for maintenance & $699 for ‘Smart Shield’ that I paid for, but has never been done, & once again was given an email, who I was advised would contact me back in 24 hours. That was August 6, & I’d really appreciate your help to get these items cleared up. More
