Must have been an off day for you guys, that was at the lower end of services I've had there in a while. had both my car and truck done back to back there was no paper car mat and the oil change sticker wa lower end of services I've had there in a while. had both my car and truck done back to back there was no paper car mat and the oil change sticker was not updated so had to walk back in to ask if they even change my oil. makes me wonder if the tiers ever get rotated or em i just paying for it. More

We appreciate good customer service although the customer service we received at Holm automotive was excellent!! In the middle of our transaction we needed to pick up our Grandson from school at St. Andrew's service we received at Holm automotive was excellent!! In the middle of our transaction we needed to pick up our Grandson from school at St. Andrew's. Jerry was so helpful to remind us of the time so we wouldn't be late!!! When we returned with 8 year old Jack he listened and was so impressed with Jerry and Willie!! Thank y'all!! More
