While traveling back home to Arkansas on the morning of June 24, 2022 we were going to leave our hotel but our car battery was dead. Our road service came and got us start but we needed the battery replace June 24, 2022 we were going to leave our hotel but our car battery was dead. Our road service came and got us start but we needed the battery replaced. We looked up Chevrolet dealers and found Holm. Chuck Loader greeted us with respect and we told him of our problem. He got the staff working on our car immediately. within an hour our new battery was installed (plus they found a leaking valve stem and fixed it for us). Chuck Loader is wonderful as is the entire dealership staff. We have always had our car serviced at Chevrolet dealers but this was the best experience we have ever had! More

Was originally quoted well above above sticker price. Fortunately they didn’t communicate that within themselves much and the original salesperson was gone when I went in to buy the car. They sold me a different car before this that blew and told me they’d work something out on it and then didn’t. I would not trust this dealership. They really stuck it to me just to get a new car sale, while doing me really wrong on the other car. More
