My 2019 leased Chevy Equinox lost power in another city. The dealership advised me to contact GM Assistance in which I did. I decided an hour later I would and I contacted my sales lady Michelle Holt. She set up the vehicle rental and gave me two choices of vehicles. I took a Chevy Trax and went on my way. Next day Chuck called to advised they had figured out the issue and part was already ordered. I was contacted the next day saying car was fixed amd ready to.go. I experienced total professionalism and courtesy throughout my time dealing with Holmes Chevrolet. This is my second lease and the sales team and service department work in unison which is not the case in most dealerships. Thank you to all that helped me. More
