Awsome service dept. WE had our Equinox scheduled in for fuel system service because we were getting fuel in the oil. Our appointment was at 9 AM. They were running behind and Chuck told us it would not be done until around 1PM. So we went to lunch and came back about 12:30 and our car was done. Mike, the mechanic that was working on it decided to take a late lunch and get our car done because we had been there for so long. A great thank you to Chuck and Mike for getting us back on the road sooner than promised. More

Purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue I had been looking at cars online. I found one that I liked at Holm automotive. I went there on a Friday late afternoon and I was able to take it home I had been looking at cars online. I found one that I liked at Holm automotive. I went there on a Friday late afternoon and I was able to take it home for the night. It made it easier to make my decision. I felt I was treated very fair. Going in alone to make the deal as a woman I was worried they would try to take advantage of me. That was not the case at all. I felt they they really took care of me and listen to my needs and wants and met all they could. It was a very friendly, smooth and easy transaction and I love my car! I dealt directly with Eric and Jed, but there was many employees that were friendly and came up and introduced themselves and they were not pushy at all. More

Poor customer service I continue to have suspension issues with a truck that is less than a year old and only has 12,000 miles on it after being purchased new. I have had m I continue to have suspension issues with a truck that is less than a year old and only has 12,000 miles on it after being purchased new. I have had my Silverado 1500 in the Holm service shop 3 different times for the same issues with no resolution. The most recent trip included an oil change and tire rotation and balance. The oil change was fine but otherwise no correction of the suspension issue or the noise being made from the front and rear suspension anytime a bump is hit. The tire pressure monitor system is also not working correctly and the technicians were unable to correctly sync my tires with the correct location on the vehicle, the left front reads as the right rear, etc. the service advisor stated they couldn’t get the tires to sync with the monitor system!! And that’s were it was left, basically a sorry that we can’t get it to work! I have given Holm automotive more than enough chances to fix the suspension issue and it is obvious they do not like being questioned about anything that I does not benefit them. I will no longer do any business whatsoever with this dealership, pathetic sales customer service as well as less than optimal vehicle service in the service department. I have attempted in the past to discuss my issues from the poor customer service after the sale to poor service from the service department, but the sales manager essentially didn’t really care what I had to say and I have yet to ever get an opportunity to speak to the service manager. I can assure you that negative comments or negative customer experiences at Holm are never addressed. I am surprised at how many positive comments are on dealer eater regarding this dealership, I am completely dissatisfied and will never return to Holm.... More
