Chuck Loader really worked with me I have had tire wear issues. I bought the last set from Holm and faithfully had them rotated every 6000 miles, as instructed. When they wore premature I have had tire wear issues. I bought the last set from Holm and faithfully had them rotated every 6000 miles, as instructed. When they wore prematurely, Chuck contacted the tire company and they prorated the tires and he ordered another set. He really worked with me and listened to what I had to say in order to get the tires replaced, mounted and balanced at a cost with which I felt satisfied. More

Monday morning they arrived as promised, and they made me a priority to get me back on the road. Their driver was extremely quick picking me up and dropping me off from the service center each time I needed a ride. The rental I received from them, was extremely clean and in great condition. Best Dealer experience I have ever had. About 14 years ago I had a bad experience with a large car dealer in our area. Because of that bad experience I have bought almost all of my cars fro About 14 years ago I had a bad experience with a large car dealer in our area. Because of that bad experience I have bought almost all of my cars from private sales. Holm Automotive has changed that. Even though Holm is in my home town I have never bought a car from them. I assumed that their cars were too expensive for me and that they would treat me like any other large car dealer. After buying a car from them I have learned that they have great prices, and their service can't be beat. They treated my wife and I so well that we want to use them for all of our car purchases in the future. We are so glade we went to them for our last car purchase. Best car dealer experience I have ever had. Also they donate to local organizations including the local Theatre.
