Great customer service We have been doing business with Holm since 2015 and will continue to. We just purchased a GMC Acadia and needed it serviced. I never felt pressured in any way, the decision on whether to buy and/or exactly what I wanted was my own. The pricing was upfront and more than fair and I was totally informed every step of the process. Kent illustrated every feature of my lovely Buick Encore for me, helped me set up Onstar and Sirrus Radio, got my phone up and running on bluetooth and walked me through every feature so that I was confident and comfortable driving off the lot. J.R. carefully and consisely explained all the (many!) papers that go with buying a vehicle, just one more example of the all around excellent and friendly staff at Holm.
