The pricing was upfront and more than fair and I was totally informed every step of the process. Kent illustrated every feature of my lovely Buick Encore for me, helped me set up Onstar and Sirrus Radio, got my phone up and running on bluetooth and walked me through every feature so that I was confident and comfortable driving off the lot. J.R. carefully and consisely explained all the (many!) papers that go with buying a vehicle, just one more example of the all around excellent and friendly staff at Holm.
