Very accommodating. Went the extra mile to serve. Kent was prepared for our arrival which was very much appreciated and so was J.R. After we were finished with the paperwork with JR, Kent was a very good salesman in selling the onstar service which we are still enjoying and he was extremely helpful in getting it all set up for us including helping us with the onstar setup call in the car. Awesome Service! I called about a bulletin my vehicle fell under. Chuck was amazing at getting it in quickly for the repairs. Battery Issue I came to the dealership due to a check engine light. I left the car overnight, and picked it up the next evening. Was pleased it was only needing a I came to the dealership due to a check engine light. I left the car overnight, and picked it up the next evening. Was pleased it was only needing a new battery, but they also discovered that the fob I had left them also needed a new battery. I left a satisfied customer. On my way home, I discovered my cruise control was now not working. I called back to Chuck and said I was on my way back. He showed me that the cruise had apparently been turned off accidentally by the tech. He didn't make me feel like an idiot for not realizing the problem. He was very nice and patient. Kudos to Chuck Loader in the Service Dept. More
