Was looking at used car ad. When we pulled on the lot we found the car that we were interested in. Looked it over briefly. We made some small talk and then got down to business. Took the car for a test drive, he made an offer on my vehicle which we liked so we made a deal. Then Eric sent us to Jed who was very nice also. He went over the financial details of the deal and offered a service warranty which we took also. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Really great dealership. More

Chuck our sales person had vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived and worked with us untill we had selected the vehicle to purchase. Chuck stayed while the paperwork was being processed. Tim the owner came by and talked with us and thanked us for the purchase. The final step of payment was very easy and all paperwork was clearly explained. The overall experience was excellent. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day, and even reschedule when the weather turned icy. My car is now fixed, and I am confident that the repairs have been quality checked several times. Chuck was kind from the very beginning, and even provided me with an update on the status of my vehicle during the day. Everybody I encountered at the dealership was kind and accommodating.
