Just looking for a different, newer model car. Kent was the sales person, who dealt with us. We liked a smaller sportier model Cadillac, but it was "too" compact for older people. Chris was great to work with on the purchase and made us feel right at home. We have found our new car buying dealership. Great customer service breeds loyal customers and Holm employees do it right. My battery seemed to be going bad the cold morning after the sale and Chris made sure I was provided a new battery at no cost. They priced matched the tires with Wal-Mart so we could get the best price possible. They were able to get that all done within 2 to 2.5 hours. My daughter had an appointment in Manhattan so they let me drop the car off, gave me a loaner and I drove to Manhattan and back and it was done by the time I got back. I live a little over an hour away so they have always been quick to get us in and not make us wait forever for oil changes or anything else that needs to be done. More
